Dynamic production planning

It is impossible to manage a production effectively without having an objective production plan. Objective planning must be dynamic and able to reflect immediately the new events that have an impact on the future manufacture organization development. Dynamic planning allows the possible future situations modeling without jeopardizing the production process itself.

Dynamic planning and production scheduling is effected at the highest production planning level, i.e. in a moment of the initial placement of production requirements with immediate impact on the custom content decision.

Here also belongs a proposal of the terms respecting capacity availability during the orders contractual proceedings, cost and profitability analysis and delays monitoring as well as their solutions in any future view.
Material flow simulation model in production naturally analyses this flow through the whole organization within the whole planned horizon in a very natural way. The system´s output for this part is a failure detection in a plan fulfilment and solving these failures in advance according to our rule „the best way how to solve the problem in production is to prevent the problem“).

Dynamic planning allows the management cycle virtualization including production plan, realization and controlling in advance of the own production.

Dynamic planning is integrated into the system as a natural part of ERP complex solution so the typical user does not even know that he works with something special. The planning process results have also an immediate impact on the purchase plan, supply control and production management.

Dynamic production planning is based on the current resources availability and the real manufacture process state., without a conversion necessity and creation of special data feedback in discrete mode.
MSO application does not need any special steps or rules.

This method directly generates supporting documents for the the supplier-customer relations (material purchase, supply and contract delivery management).
