Production simulation

Simulation is a reality imitation. By simulation, the composite modeling shows the future manufacture process development at any selected time. Simulation process can be activated anytime in a real time so that it could follow flexibly the new events and the immediate status of any part of the composite model.
This creates a virtual plant with help of which, together with a use of permanent simulation principle and flow optimization, the real future situations of the fulfillment of production contracts with regard to changes of planned requirements and to a current production state, are shown.

Therefore, the resultant production plan reflects the real products flow through the limited production system capacity. In other words, the production simulation is able to check the impact of the current requirements on the production.
The simulation model algorithms have embodied the complex production process logistics and also include a simulated movement of all stocks of semi-finished products and inter-operational parts as well as internal transport.

The simulation model access has a usual and standard TPP normative base and production capacity structure that includes in addition only parameters for the production batches, planning production parts methods with addressed or nonaddressed accumulation (including the stock insurance size, deformity percentage, etc), the immediate state production plan performance (in-process state), which is recorded directly in the production plan items (production orders, production batches, production operations) and all this is in real time from the production management level.

Thus, the production simulation can be run without any further preparation. It is also possible to include into the simulation the pre-manufacturing processes in the form of projects and inmaterial items of the technical preparation of production in connection with the project capacities of user´s technical departments.
The model process outputs are following: production timetable respecting capacity possibilities, proposed dates of new products supplies, immediate balance of planned utilisation of sources in graphic presentation (column graphs) and analysis of production weak points with a posibility of their modification.

The system also automatically detects the future plan fulfillment delays in any moment of the production up to final products. All is connected with previously confirmed delivery times and immediate real time production delays.

The other simulation advantage is the effective processing which allows a simultaneous change in a production timetable for any future period of time, while the change itself is being processed very quicky (up to several minutes at maximum).
